Terms of service

By using this website or booking a PADSBY apartment, you agree to these terms.

The service

PADSBY LLC provides furnished short and mid-term apartment rentals. Availability is offered "as is"; we aim for but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Stays

• Minimum stay is 7 nights; rates are weekly and payable in advance.
• A refundable deposit equal to one week's rent is held for the stay.
• Cancellations more than 14 days before check-in are refunded in full.

Use of apartments

Guests agree to treat the apartment as a home: no subletting, no parties, no smoking indoors. Pets only in designated apartments with prior notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PADSBY LLC's aggregate liability is limited to the rent paid for the stay in question.
